Inexperienced Participants:
Minimum credit hours = 80 hours/class

Experienced Participants:
Minimum credit hours = 40 hours/class

Update (Recycling):
Minimum credit hours = 16 hours/class

Updating (Recycling): The employer must conduct periodic training Annually and whenever any of the following situations occur:
a) change in work procedures, conditions or operations;
b) event that indicates the need for new training;
c) return from work leave for a period exceeding ninety days;
d) change of company;
e) Exchange of machine or equipment.

Our pedagogical project follows the guidelines imposed by Regulatory Standard nº1.

After payment is made, Purchase Order, Contract signed between the parties, or other form of closing confirmation, the teaching material will be released within 72 working hours (up to 9 days), due to the adaptation of the syllabus and compliance with the Standards Techniques applicable to the scenario expressed by the Contracting Party; as well as other adaptations to the didactic material, carried out by our Multidisciplinary Team for technical language according to the student’s nationality and Technical Operational and Maintenance Instruction Manuals specific to the activities that will be carried out.

Attention: The Course teaches how to Apply the normative concepts of the standard, which enables you to sign Projects, Reports, Expertise, etc. these are the attributions that the (a) Legally Qualified Professional has with their Class Council, such as CREA.
This course aims to study situations where it will be necessary to apply: Concepts and Calculations according to relevant standards and does not replace the analysis and responsibility on the part of each professional accredited by CREA or other Class Councils in the most varied situations, where makes it imperative to respect the conservation conditions of equipment, periodic checking of instruments, as well as respect for the primary capacity predetermined by the PPE manufacturers, among others based on the corresponding Standards.

Certificate: The Certificate will be issued to each participant who reaches the minimum achievement of 70% (theoretical and practical) as recommended by the Regulatory Standards.

The rationale for the Price and Value relationship:
The pricing of any service requires expertise related to the business world and the concept of Value is qualitative, directly linked to the potential for transformation that exists in that content. Thus, the greater the value added to the content, the greater its fair price. Therefore, we do not authorize the use of our Proposals as proof of closing with third parties with a lower price, or of secondary interest, Quality, Safety, Efficiency and Excellence, in every sense, are our values.

Heads up:
NR-12.1.16 The crane equipment that receive coupled baskets for lifting people must be subjected to periodic tests and inspections in order to ensure its proper functioning and its structural integrity.
12.1.16.1 Tests that prove the structural integrity, such as ultrasound and/or acoustic emission, must be carried out, according to ABNT NBR 14768:2015.
12.3.17 It is prohibited to move loads suspended on the hook of the hoisting equipment simultaneously with the movement of people inside the coupled basket.

Causes of Work Accident:
Lack of alert from the employer;
Lack of employee care;
Even carrying out all the mandatory Training and Occupational Health and Safety Reports in the event of an accident at work, the employer will be subject to processes such as:
Police Inquiry – Civil Police;
Expertise through Instituto Criminalista;
Verification procedure at the Regional Labor Office;
Public Civil Inquiry before the Public Ministry of labor to verify that other workers are not in danger;
The INSS will question the cause of the accident that could be avoided and refuse to pay the benefit to the employee;
Family members may file a lawsuit in the Labor Court claiming pain and suffering, material damage, dislocation, etc.;
Procedural Tsunami forcing the Employer to generate a Defense Strategy even though it is right;
Although the Labor Delegation Law does not provide that “culpa en vigilando” applies, but only the responsibility to deliver the equipment, however it is worth emphasizing that the Employer is also responsible for overseeing;
When an accident occurs, in addition to destroying all the “good mood” in the relations between employees or also the very serious problem of defending yourself against a series of procedures at the same time, then it is worth investing in this prevention;
The Employee may not carry out activities exposed to risks that could compromise their safety and health, thus the Employer may respond in the criminal and civil spheres.

LAW No. 5.194, OF 24 DEC 1966 – CONFEA:
“Section III
Illegal exercise of profession
Art. 6 – Illegally exercises the profession of engineer, architect or agronomist:
a) the natural or legal person who performs acts or provides services, public or private, reserved for the professionals dealt with in this Law and who do not have registration in the Regional Councils:
b) the professional who undertakes activities outside the attributions listed in his/her registration;
c) the professional who lends his name to persons, firms, organizations or companies performing works and services without his real participation in their work;
d) the professional who, suspended from exercising, continues in activity;
e) the firm, organization or society that, as a legal entity, exercises duties reserved for professionals in Engineering, Architecture and Agronomy, in breach of the provisions of the sole paragraph of Article 8 of this Law.”

Important:
If necessary, the use of Lifting Machines and Equipment is MANDATORY, immediately before the movement, to carry out:
01 – Preparation of the APR (Preliminary Risk Analysis)
02 – Work Permit (PT);
03 – Check EPIs and EPCs;
04 – Check the Machine or Equipment Operational and Maintenance Instruction Manual;
04 – Check the Technical Inspection Report of the Equipment and Anchorage Points with ART;
05 – Maintain Equipped Rescue Team;
06 – Safety meeting on the operation with those involved, contemplating the activities that will be developed, the work process, risks and protection measures, according to risk analysis, contained in a document to be filed containing the legible name and signature of the participants;
a) Visual inspection;
b) Checking the operation of the radio;
c) Confirmation that the signals are known to everyone involved in the transaction.
07- The safety meeting must instruct the entire work team, among others involved in the operation, at least about the following hazards:
a) Impact with external structures;
b) Unexpected movement;
c) fall from height;
d) Other specifics associated with the lift.

18.10.1.23 When using crane equipment, the following documents, when applicable, must be made available at the construction site:
a) cargo plan, as per subitem 18.10.1.17 of this NR;
b) record of all preventive and corrective maintenance and inspection actions of the equipment, which took place after installation in the place where it is in operation, and the terms of technical delivery and release for use, as provided for in item 12.11 of NR-12;
c) proof of training and authorization of the operator of the crane equipment operating on site;
d) proof of qualification of the signalman/cargo lashing agent and the worker assigned to inspect cantilevered platforms for receiving cargo;
e) fixation project in the building or in an independent structure;
f) project for the access walkway to the crane tower;
g) checklists mentioned in this NR and safety instructions issued, specific to the operation of the equipment;
h) electrical grounding report with ohmic measurement, according to current national technical standards, prepared by a legally qualified professional and updated every six months.
18.10.1.24 The crane equipment, according to its specificities, must have the following safety items:
a) maximum load limiter;
b) height limiter that allows the block to be braked when lifting loads;
c) descent monitoring device, if defined in the risk analysis;
d) audible alarm with automatic activation when the load limiter or at the moment is acting;
e) audible alarm to be activated by the operator in risk and/or alert situations;
f) safety lock on the hook of the block;
g) device installed on the pulleys that prevents the accidental escape of the steel cables;
h) travel stops for translation movement when installed on rails. 18.10.1.25 When the crane equipment has a cockpit, it must have:
a) safe access and, when necessary in vertical movement to access the cabin, make the use of the SPIQ mandatory;
b) air-conditioned interior;
c) ergonomic seat;
d) protection from sunlight and bad weather;
e) table of maximum loads in all conditions of use, written in Portuguese, inside and easy to see by the operator;
f) fire extinguisher suitable for the risk.
18.10.1.26 Cranes and cranes, in addition to the applicable previous requirements, must have:
a) maximum moment limiter, preventing movement continuity and only allowing its reversal;
b) anemometer that indicates the wind speed inside the equipment cabin;
c) longitudinal and transverse level indicators, except for cranes that are not mounted on a mobile base.
18.10.1.27 Auxiliary lifting devices must meet the following requirements:
a) dispose indelibly of the company name of the manufacturer or lessor, the cargo capacity and the serial number that allows its traceability;
b) have a certificate or have a project prepared by a legally qualified professional, containing the specification and complete description of the mechanical and electrical characteristics, if applicable;
c) be inspected by the signalman/shipping rig before being put into use.
18.10.1.28 The remote controls used to control the crane equipment must contain the identification corresponding to the equipment being used and have an indication, in Portuguese, of the operating commands.
