3.5 Members of the CIPA at the construction site must participate in training as set out in this Standard.
3.5.1 The appointed representative of NR-05 must participate in training with a minimum workload of eight hours, considering the provisions of item 1.7 of NR-01 and observing the general provisions of this Standard, with the following content:
a) notions of prevention of work-related accidents and illnesses;
b) study of the environment and working conditions, the risks arising in the production process and preventive measures, according to the stage of the work; and
c) notions about labor and social security legislation related to safety and health at work.
3.5.1.1 The validity of the training of the appointed representative of NR-05 must comply with the provisions of this Standard, and it may be, within the validity period and for the organization that promoted the training, used at different construction sites or work fronts.
3.5.1.2 The validation of the training of the appointed representative of NR-05 by different organizations is allowed, provided that the provisions of item 1.7 of NR-01 are met.
