Our trainings seeks to provide knowledges about the employee’s health and safety on machines and equipment’s operation. The components related to security systems and activating commands and machine’s stop (including emergency ones) must guarantee the safety state manutention of the machine or equipment when occurs floating at the level of energy beyond the considers limits at the project, including the cutting and restoring of energy supplying.
Therefore if the course/training are machines or equipments, first of all they need to know the name of each machine or equipment and by that, determine the training’s workload.
Daily we got sort of requests like, “I want a training of NR-12 Machines and Equipments”.
To treat this subject properly, first of all we need to know which are the machines and equipments whose collaborators will operate, cause the training must be based on the Instructions Manual of each machine or equipment, according to their particularities, so a generic course of machines and equipments, with sure, wouldn’t attend the regular standards in it’s integrity, in other words your company will be in a nonconformity situation, The nr-12 course, interpretation and application doesn’t apply to the operation of machines and equipment, its only purpose is the knowledge of the standard.
